How Weekend Parking Works
All three ramps offer the same weekend policy: parking is free on both Saturday and Sunday. This applies to all-day parking, so you can stay as long as you need without paying anything.
During the week, you'll pay $0.75 per hour at any of these ramps. The first hour is free Monday through Friday, then hourly charges apply. Daily maximums cap out at $5.25, and overnight parking (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) costs $3.00.
Payment Options
When you do park during weekdays, all three ramps accept credit and debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Cash is not accepted at any of these facilities. If you need help, each ramp's management company (ABM) can assist at 712-279-9500.
Monthly Parking
If you park downtown regularly, monthly contracts offer better value than daily rates. Heritage Ramp costs $60 per month for unreserved spaces. Rivers Landing is $52 per month. Discovery Ramp is $50 per month. These monthly rates don't change on weekends.
Facility Details
Each ramp provides covered, safe parking. Heritage Ramp holds 344 vehicles with a maximum height of 8'2". Rivers Landing accommodates 690 vehicles with 7'0" clearance. Discovery Ramp is smaller but still offers plenty of spaces. All ramps are open 24 hours on weekends and connected by skyway during bad weather.
Tracking your parking expenses helps you understand your true vehicle ownership costs. Use that weekend free parking to your advantage when planning downtown visits.
