How to Apply
For City Hall Garage or Waller Creek Center: Complete the application and email MobilityServices@austintexas.gov. Then contact the admin team at (512) 974-7857 to submit your application fee and purchase your monthly pass.
For Austin Centre Garage or 816 Colorado Garage: Contact Douglas Barber at douglas.barber@peakparking.com or call 737-208-0211.
For 300 West Sixth Garage: Email 300WParking@metropolis.io.
For One Texas Center Garage: You must work in the entertainment or service industries within downtown Austin's pay-to-park areas. Provide proof of employment, then pay $40 per month in advance by the 7th business day of each month. Payments are non-refundable.
