Parking at West Chester garages is only free on weekends at one location: Lot #04 on the second floor of the Justice Center Garage. Both Saturday and Sunday offer free public parking there.

The other two West Chester Borough garages charge regular rates every day of the week:

| Garage | Weekend Cost | Weekday Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Bicentennial (Lot #02) | Same as weekday | $0.75-$9 |
| Chestnut Street (Lot #01) | Same as weekday | $0.75-$9 |
| Justice Center (Lot #04) | Free | $1-$8 |

At the Bicentennial and Chestnut Street garages, you'll pay $0.75 for a half hour, $1.50 for one hour, and up to $9 for 7 or more hours. These rates apply Saturday and Sunday just like Monday through Friday.

One bonus: Chestnut Street Garage has 40 short-term spaces on the first level with cheaper rates. You'll pay just $0.50 for 30 minutes or $1 for one hour on weekends or weekdays.

Both the Bicentennial and Chestnut Street garages went cashless as of January 2025. You'll need to use a debit or credit card to pay. Download the Flowbird app to pay for parking at these locations. Turn off your phone's WiFi when using the app for best results.

Monthly parking permits cost $95 at both garages if you park regularly. Businesses can ask about validation programs for discounted rates.
